Our Online Help Desk is accessible to all our clients and is the main point of contact with Ish Technology Solutions. Via the help desk, we are able to keep you our clients up to date, step by step, on what is happening and how your issue is being rectified. It will also be used a a form of communication between you and our Techs and provides issue tracking and quality of service.
Remote Support
Residential clients have the option of registering with us for our Remote Support Service. For a fixed monthly rate, these clients are able to obtain remote support via Internet from any of our techs, at any time, multiple times throughout the month. This service usually aligns with system optimizations, virus/malware removal, software installations, or any other issue you may be having with your network or machine. Should these issues not be able to be rectified via remote support, techs will be dispatched to your residence.
How It Works
- This service is purchased. Confirmation will be received by customer.
- Shortly after, a ticket will be generated and received from our support desk via email to your email on this account.
- An engineer will be assigned to this ticket and this will be where any interaction/communications will take place. Live chat via our website is also available whereby you need on provide the ticket # assigned to your case for more urgent cases.
- Our technician will work with you until the reported issue has been resolved. With remote access, sit back and relax whilst our engineers resolve the issue for you.
- Upon resolution, ticket will be closed thus completing your request.
